Villa in Pirmam

Perched on a sloped parcel atop the mountains surrounding Pirmam, this villa is a study in environmental integration. The design employs a unique plan to maximize views and spatial quality while prioritizing passive sustainability. Key features include optimized solar exposure, natural ventilation via strategic openings, and a high-performance building envelope with double-insulated walls and specialized plaster. The project further reinforces its sustainable ethos by recycling water for irrigation, creating a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility.
