Project Overview:
7 SPRINGS Complex is a landmark mixed-use development situated on Gulan Street in Erbil. Designed for a 7,848-square-meter plot, the project prioritizes a lifestyle centered on comfort and greenery, integrating extensive landscaped areas throughout the site. The program consolidates residential towers, a sports center, retail spaces, and amenities within a cohesive architectural scheme.

Architectural Massing & Site Response:
The complex is composed of a multi-level podium crowned by two residential towers. The podium's design responds intelligently to the site's 3.3-meter level change, presenting a three-story elevation facing Gulan Street and incorporating two basement levels at the rear. This configuration maximizes the buildable area while maintaining a harmonious street presence. Two primary massing options are presented for the towers: one with varying heights for a dynamic skyline and a second with uniform heights for a more monolithic expression.

Ground Level Experience:
The ground level is conceived as a vibrant pedestrian-oriented environment. It seamlessly blends public and private functions, featuring a central green area, playgrounds, a sports center, retail outlets, a supermarket, and main lobbies. Vehicular access to the parking facilities is carefully managed to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for residents and visitors.
